Pricing questions

Is VAT included?
No. All prices are per site per month, excluding VAT.
Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding is R4,950 once-off per site. It covers connecting your data, loading 12 months of history and one training session. It is waived for pilot dealers and annual prepay, and Starter is self-onboarded at no charge.
Is hardware included?
You do not need hardware to start. Optional upgrades such as tank gauge feeds, camera boxes or sensors are quoted separately and never bundled into your subscription.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing happens automatically. We remind you on days 10, 13 and 14. If you want to continue, you pay by invoice link. If not, the trial simply ends. You can cancel any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice and no long-term lock-in. During the trial you can cancel any time in one click. On request we export your data (CSV and PDF) and then delete it within 30 days. Annual prepay is optional.
